Who we are
Squad7 AI ("we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Waiting list: your name, work email, company, team size and main priority, the date you joined, and your consent. For security and abuse prevention we also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.
- Email: if you email us, your name, address and anything you choose to include.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it and lawful basis
We use waiting-list details to contact you about a founding place and the free audit, and to manage the list in sign-up order. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you join. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will remove you from the list. If you become a client, we process data to deliver our services (contract).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is stored on our own server hosted in the EU, and the site is delivered through Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Our email provider processes messages on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Waiting-list entries are kept until you leave the list or become a client, and for no more than 24 months. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
